Vision 4 Growth is delighted to be hosting our sixth VI Tennis Tournament at Hills Road Sports and Tennis Centre, Purbeck Road, Cambridge. This is part of a yearly series of tournaments sanctioned by the Tennis Foundation.
All Regional Tournaments follow rules agreed with the Tennis Foundation. There have been a few changes to the rules for next year so please read through them and if you have any questions please contact Kirsty Thompson at the Tennis Foundation.
All entries should be done online through the LTA online entry system. Players will need to be a BTM member to enter. Players should contact Kirsty Thompson if they don’t have a BTM number and she will kindly help them sign up.

Entry fees can be paid online using Paypal, debit or credit card. I have uploaded all the tournaments but please let me know if you want to make any changes. If you don’t have a Paypal account entry fees can be taken by bank transfer or cash on the day. This is the decision of the Tournament Organiser – so please contact them direct.
If players pay online and withdrawal after the withdrawal deadline then they are not automatically refunded. It will be up to the Tournament Organiser whether they wish to give a refund.
Acceptances for all tournaments should be based on players from the local region being accepted first & then on a first come first served basis.
We couldn’t run these tournaments without volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer for our Cambridge tournament please click here Volunteer for V I Teennis Tournament tor email firstname.lastname@example.org
The main volunteer roles include:
- Finding players for matches
- Helping players on the court with picking up balls & helping B1 players orientate themselves
- Guiding B1 players
- Handing out packed lunches
Player points system
A new player points system will be coming in from the start of 2018. This system will allow players to accumulate points throughout the year at each regional series tournament they enter. This system will help towards seeding at regional tournaments as well as the National Championships in October. This will be open to all players however it is not compulsory. The TF will be controlling this so there is no need for tournament organisers to do anything. More information about the system will be sent out before the first tournament in Loughborough.
A social event is usually organised by the Tournament Organiser for all 2 day events. The cost of this is not included in the registration fee. Please contact the relevant Tournament Organiser for more information
